Conveying parts of concrete batching plants

 A stationary or mobile batching plant is a combined device used to mix concrete in a centralized manner, used in large and medium-sized water conservancy, electric power, bridge and other projects with large concrete works, long construction periods and concentrated construction sites. Belt Conveyor

Bucket Elevator

In large and medium mixing plants, double steel wire rope transmission is often adopted; in small mixing plants, suspended single rope transmission or single rope transmission guided by a movable pulley on the hopper are mostly used directly. It can lift a variety of raw materials and is mostly used to lift mixed materials such as fly ash; in two-stage mixing plants, bucket elevators are also commonly used in collecting hoppers, and bucket elevators are generally used for small concrete batching plant production lines.

Screw Conveyor

The screw conveyor is the main equipment for conveying cement and fly ash. The rotating screw blade pushes the material to be conveyed by the conveyor. The force that prevents the material from rotating with the conveyor blade is the weight of the material and the conveyor. The frictional resistance of the shell to the material. It is mostly transported in closed pipelines, which is less affected by the outside world and can ensure the quality of materials. Belt conveyors are used in the production line of large concrete mixing plants.

Pneumatic conveying pump

The pneumatic conveying pump mainly uses compressed air to transport cement and fly ash from the bulk cement truck into the silo.
